The Elegance Cube focuses on, well, elegance of the cards in it. Every card in it fulfills it's functions simply and beautifully, with no gimmicks, frills, arbitrarity, or extraneous complexity.

There are no overt archetypes for colors and their combinations. However, there is plenty of mechanical synergy. The colors do and reward exactly what you would expect them to. If X is a core part of the game, "an X deck" is probably possible to build. I have managed to build UW Flyers, UW Tempo, UW Control, UW Enters-The-Battlefield, and UW Artifacts while drafting this cube against the bots with none requiring cherry-picking.

No planeswalkers and battles.
No legendaries.
No tribal.
No gimmick mechanics. (Okay, some gimmick mechanics, if they are elegant enough.)
No color breaks.
No autopicks or fodder.
