The Doomsday Cube.
This came as a joke on a discord server, I decided to go through with it.
Rules:
Each player drafts a pack of 20.
Minimum deck size is 13.
Life starts at 10.
Draft your lands in this nuclear winter wasteland.
You begin with your sideboard in the grave. Memories of the past world.
Time to die.
I went through a lot of different ideas building this one. At first it was going to be like a normal desert cube with apocalyptic themes, pirates and stuff. Changing the sideboard/graveyard rule changed a lot of that. The cube is wickedly unbalanced as a result right now.
Game design note: you're not just struggling against your opponent to win, you're struggling against the cube itself. Will your deck's strategy actually win games, or will you win by fluke?
