White provides plentiful tokens to strap equipment to, and engines like Hanna, Ship's Navigator, Dance of the Manse, and Thopter Spy Network generate value to keep your creatures buffed & attacking.
Why play your own cards when you can play your opponents'? Blue lets you copy your opponents' permanents with Clever Impersonator, or just take them outright with Control Magic & Blatant Thievery. Black kills and discards away cards with Hypnotic Specter & The Eldest Reborn, then steals them back with Memory Plunder, The Scarab God, or any of the more traditional black reanimation.
Haha life totals go brrrrr. This archtype starts with a more aggro, creature-centric style as it drops escalating threats like Drana, Liberator of Malakir and Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin. Towards the late game you can finish off opponents trying to go bigger with burn-it-all-down effects like Pestilence & Pyrohemia, or point their threats at each other with Kardur, Doomscourge and Disrupt Decorum.
Hit your opponents, then hit 'em again, and again, and again! Both red and green feature cheap threats that quickly become lethal like Managorger Hydra & Volatile Chimera. To rewards all of the attacking you're going to be doing, be sure to pick up Gruul ramp cards like Savage Ventmaw and Grand Warlord Radha, then take extra combats with Scourge of the Throne and Aggravated Assault. is their master. This archetype is capable of the more classic go-wide style of token makers like Deranged Hermit & Elspeth, Sun's Champion + anthems like Gaea's Anthem & Gavony Township. It can also go deeper into using the populate mechanic of Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and others to duplicate large tokens from Voice of Resurgence, Wurmcalling, or Ancient Stone Idol.
Love blowing up the board, but hate losing your own stuff? The pinatas Brash Taunter, Stuffy Doll, Phyrexian Vindicator, and Boros Reckoner play defense, waiting for you to drop a Rolling Earthquake or Blasphemous Act. Point all of the triggered damage from your pinatas at your opponents, and use tricks like Boros Charm and Faith's Reward to keep your own permanents safe!
The classic reanimator archetype, slowed down for a more casual environment. Black uses Dark Deal, Pack Rat and other discard effects to put creatures in the graveyard, then pulls them out with Animate Dead & Diabolic Servitude. White offers repeated recursion of <= 3 CMC permanents with Sevinne's Reclamation and other Sun Titan effects, as well as a host of angels like Adarkar Valkyrie, Emeria Shepherd, and Reya Dawnbringer that are both great reanimation targets and keep the graveyard cheating going once on the battlefield!
Go grindy, go explosive, go spells! Combine buyback spells such as Capsize & Mystic Speculation with token generators like Young Pyromancer or Talrand, Sky Summoner to flood the board and set up for a massive Haze of Rage / Jeskai Ascendancy alpha strike. Or ramp with spell cost reducers Mindsplice Apparatus & Mizzix of the Izmagnus and set up around a build-around like The Mirari Conjecture or Thousand-Year Storm to destroy your opponents in one huge torrent of burn from a Fiery Confluence or Comet Storm!
Sacrifice your creatures for fun & for profit! Recursive black critters like Bloodghast and green token generators such as Sprout Swarm give you plenty of fodder to sacrifice to your bigger threats, Mycoloth and Yahenni, Undying Partisan. Engines like Deathreap Ritual, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, and Grave Pact make sure you're getting further ahead with every death, and once your graveyard is fully stocked you can add your opponents to it with finishers such as Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Tombstone Stairwell, and Grist, the Hunger Tide.
Durdletown, population you.
