Some important 'house' rules to keep in mind:

Hybrid mana symbols count as either mana symbol for purpose of Color Identity (Kitchen Finks can be played in a GR, WB, GU
deck)
2) Lethal Commander damage is 16 rather then 21
3) Signets, Tri-lands and any mana producing rocks can be played in any deck
that has one color of the drafted decks color identity (IE - Izzet signet can be played in any Red commander (RB,GR, ect)
4) Mono
Colored commanders are allowed to play 5 off colors of any color to ensure they are able to draft enough playables. All off colors
MUST be of the same color.
5) The basic land stack does contain Wastes
