Post-Apocalypse Cube
A cataclysmic event has ended civilization and taken most of the world with it. Where once vibrant magic flowed freely, there is now only waste. Most life is gone, those who were not killed in the event died shortly after due to starvation.
However, some have managed to cling to life, scrambling to survive in whatever way they can. Some have come together in walled cities, farming as they can and banding together when conflict comes. Others have turned to the powers of darkness, worshipping and serving demons in the hope they'll be the last to die. Some seek to learn from the past to pave the way for the future, claiming lost technology as their own. Still others use their magic to revive the land, breathing life into the soil. Finally, some have accepted that the world is over, and raid and pillage their way through life on makeshift vehicles.
They all must be careful, though, for things stir in the wastes. Amid the ruins of ancient civilizations, some automatons continue their mysterious work. And, in the dust-filled distance, sometimes great, otherworldly titans can be seen, the executors of calamity.
Players draft four packs of sixteen, and from those cards must piece together some semblance of a deck. Lands are not provided at the end, so if players want a functional list they will have to balance drafting actual cards with the mana base to support casting those cards. Inspired by Loxodon Meyerarch's desert cube and intended to be a more flavorful drafting experience.
