In the original version Repeating Barrage was a great inevitability, but now that all archetypes are stronger it seems difficult to picture many board states where a Jeskai, Temur, or Mardu player would want to spend 5 mana to return a very expensive bolt.

This features all previous cards that were cut from the original Khans Expanded cube, as well as many cards that have the potential to be added into the cube in the future!

This is definitely a trial change. The thought process is that with the addition of Triomes that it's too easy to splash an additional 4th or even 5th color for extra bombs from other wedges.

As a replacement, I not only added in 10 other lands to replace the fetches but bumped the Non-Basic land count up to 85 or just under 15% of the total cube. This will hopefully show contribute to more non-basics within packs and an easier time getting into the wedge you are looking to play.
