Got a birds of paradise and an Elenda in a trade. Still considering adding paradox engine too. I think along with tinker, it could be a bit strong but the player would obviously still need a wincon too.

Finally bought a binder and put my nice cards in it. Realised I had a Gilded Lotus and thought it deserved a home in an environment with Tinker.

Big change whacking through. Trying to pull the curve down overall and increase the power level of the cube a fraction.
Have inadvertently removed the "Mill" signpost cards which I think is a positive.
Still keen to put Sprout Swarm in but I don't have one at the time of making this alteration. Likewise I'd prefer to run a Mana Leak over Lose Focus but I don't have one at the moment. Let's see how it runs anyway, maybe it can stay given it's a bit more interesting than Leak is.

Considering the following changes:

Abiding Grace for Zetalpa, Primal Dawn
Mystic Retrieval for Mu Yanling, Sky Dancer
Feldon of the Third Path for Chandra, Novice Pyromancer
Ohran Frostfang for End-Raze Forerunners
Growth Spiral for Simic Ascendancy

I also have a copy of Forth Eurolingas which has been a standout in vintage cube but not sure I want to add any universes beyond cards to the cube.

Draft report

Smooth draft, lots of close games, a couple of floody games (it is what it is), a close result at the end and no mistakes on the dinner order! Scores were calculated based on game wins, so a 1-2 still scores your team 1 point.

TEAM WHITE - 14

Anthony MVP 3-0
Azorius control
The control magic cards put in a lot of work, as did the flyers, Alirios, Reckoner Bankbuster and Remand. Played through a Wildfire and won.

Mike 2-1
Green white midrange or GW Nissa
Nissa and Gideon put in work. Was very good to see green putting up points. Was also cool to see conclave tribunal clutch a win.

Eddie 1-2
5c exploration
An ambitious manabase with some very good cards throughout, didn't perform quite so well as hoped but still was able to nab a couple of rounds.

TEAM RED - 11

Werner 2-1
Gruul ramp
Van absolutely carried the red team. Again, great to see green putting up wins. Lots of fatties and a good ramp package, I don't have as much info on what cards were standouts as we were on the same team. Waiting for his feedback

Tim 1-2
Jeskai Blitzfire
Deck got a lot of game 1 wins but stumbled at the blocks in games 2 and 3 often. Drafted both wildfires, cast 3 times but only won off one of them. Fractured Identity is a nuts card. Lots of value off Dreadhorde Arcanist and a really nice legacy-esque win. Monastery Mentor also strong but not busted.

Jesse 0-3
Mardu reanimator
Another ambitious list combining elements of reanimator, aristocrats and land destruction. Sword point diplomacy put in work, as did Yargle (BARGLE) and Blood for Bones. Low on creatures but noted that the man lands put in work too.

It was great to see some cards I was concerned were duds get picked and played such as Sword Point Diplomacy. One thing Jesse noted after the draft was that, other than himself, other players did not sideboard at all. With this in mind, I will have a look at the list and see if we can work out why.

Brazen Borrower and Ghostly Flicker showed up the day after the draft and so will be added now.
