5 weaker Kaldheim lands go for 5 cycling lands.
Mana rocks don't play a prominent enough role to warrant so many slots. The ones with particularly good synergy or the ones that fix might stay but generally I feel like it's not worth it to have so many dedicated slots.
Since the commander color restriction is quite rough for multicolor cards I'm also cutting down a few.

RED
Rabbit Battery - Amazing little roleplayer and the Shieldbreaker was very replaceable.
Flame Channeler - I never liked the diceroll mechanic from the D&D set.
Bloodfray Giant - I love the Rumbler but it's a bit slow and the giant ticks more boxes.
Twinshot Sniper - Powerhouse without many synergies but very versatile, let's see how he does.
Volt Charge - First step in making the removal more synergistic, similar to Settle Beyond Reality. Let's see if synergy over efficiency is the way to go.
Reckless Impulse - The same on average, I still have to decide if the more efficient impulse draw is better than rummaging. Maybe a mix of both.

Cards I'm keeping in mind for the next update: Burning-Tree Vandal, Pyreheart Wolf, Clamor Shaman, generally +1/+1 counters matter cards but they are much weaker than the selesnya options. Archetypes that might need more support: graveyard, +1/+1 counters.

GREEN
Eccentric farmer - Fills the grave and gives card advantage.
Blossom Prancer - Great card. The herdcaller as it's only two bodies and doesn't go too wide.

Cards I'm keeping in mind for the next update: Deathbonnet Sprout and Chainweb Aracnir, nice glue cards for graveyard and counters, don't know what to cut though. Archetypes that might need more support: graveyard maybe.

MULTICOLOR
Colossal Skyturtle - Very flexible, Thunderous Snapper is a bit narrow and simic probably doesn't need more draw.
Zameck Guildmage - more +1/+1 counter support, the Cultivator is quite generic.

Archetypes that might need more support: dimir blink, gruul counters, golgari counters.

ARTIFACT
Circuit Mender - Great upgrade over the fox.

Cards I'm keeping in mind for the next update: Containment Construct has amazing synergies with blue loot and red rummage + some other colors and artifacts.

WHITE
Spirited Companion - great glue card, seeker does not support a particular archetype well
Twinblade Geist - carries auras and equipment well, doubles as aura itself and has graveyard synergies; Promise of Bunrei is quite archetype specific and the tokens lack evasion
Touch the Spirit Realm - great flexibility as removal and blink support; Faith's Fetters lost points when I cut the lifegain archetype

Cards I'm keeping in mind for the next update: Selfless Samurai, Gavony Dawnguard, Angelic Quartermaster. Archetypes that might need more support: graveyard, maybe tokens.

BLUE
Lantern Bearer - basically everything I said about Twinblade Geist applies
Stormchaser Drake - let's see if this pans out, there are not that many auras or combat tricks in this cube.
Flux Channeler - Maybe too narrow but it would boost simic counters.
Tower Geist - Seems like a good addition to tie together combat, graveyard and blink
Thirst for Discovery - Easy upgrade.
Behold the Unspeakable - Cool card, let's give it a shot. Great for blink. Specimen Collector comes back in if blue gets more token support.

Cards I'm keeping in mind for the next update: Thrummingbird instead of the Drake, Rescuer Sphinx and Tezzeret's Gambit for counters. Archetypes that might need more support: +1/+1 counters, maybe combat/ramp.

BLACK
Dockside Chef - Decent value sack outlet,Undead Gladiator is kinda weak without madness support.
Undead Butler - More broadly interesing than Stitcher's Supplier.
Butcher Ghoul - Fills a similar role to Doomed Dissenter but with counters synergy.
Fell Stinger - Incredible card! I like the merchant but I'm not sure it's necessary anymore, especially with the opportunist.
Morbid Opportunist - Another black powerhouse. If it turns out too strong I'll revert to something else.
Dreadhound - So many good cards in black this time. Gargantua seems replaceable although it's nice discard fodder.

Cards I'm keeping in mind for the next update: Hagra Constrictor, Unforgiving One and Tenured Inkcaster for counters. Unfortunately most mono-black +1/+1 counter cards are relatively weak. Archetypes that might need more support: +1/+1 counters.

Moved the talismans into the gold section and removed the signets alltogether. In turn removed 5 medium impact artifacts for some more rainbow rocks. MH2 also had some decent additions to glue different decks together. Overall the artifact section is very constricted by equipments and mana rocks so there is not too much space for other cards.

Added the Talismans to the gold section and removed 2 cards from each guild (mostly more generic cards).
Mistmeadow Witch can be a bit obnoxious (like Mother of Runes) if you have a lot of mana. There are not many repeatable blink effects at uncommon though (Nephalia Smuggler might come in), so lets see about this cut. Exchanged flyers with good combat cards e.g. Azorius Knight-Arbiter (let's see if he's good enough with equipments).
Lazotep Chancellor seems nice but I'm not sure I have the density of discard effects (mainly looting). Might be too specific.
Also removed the persist combos Murderous Redcap and Kitchen Finks for more archetype support Torrent of Souls.
Cutting Fires of Yavimaya hurts, let's see how Rhythm of the Wild plays and I can see myself putting it back in.
The lifegain payoffs are easy cuts. Graceful Restoration and Angel of Despair come in as reanimator support.
Expressive Iteration is good but quite generic and there's already Electrolyze. Prophetic Titan seems like the perfect fit for Aegar the Freezing Flame and is good in general. Geistblast brings up good draft memories but is one of the weaker cards in this section.
I like Ravenous Squirrel but I'm not sure it belongs in here as golgari is not specifically tokens. Winding Constrictor would probably fit better, I'll have a look at it.
Returned Pastcaller and Reconstruct History didn't get there. Boros is leaning more aggressive again. Therefore Iroas's Champion comes in over Duergar Hedge-Mage and Hero of the Nyxborn over Blaze Commando.
Merfolk Skydiver over River Hoopoe for +1/+1 counter support. Also, I've always been looking for an excuse to play Sharktocrab!

Mostly MH2 additions that fit the +1/+1 counters theme. Also some optimizations Wickerbough Elder is a better monster than Brontodon, Wolfir Avenger is a nice beefy creature. I love Bellowing Tanglewurm but since decks are mostly three colors, I'm not sure it pulls it's weight. Not quite sure if Herd Baloth is an upgrade over Iridescent Hornbeetle but I'll give it a try. Untamed Kavu is flexible but Bannerhide Krushok adds graveyard synergies to boot. Affectionate Indrik adds some nice removal on a creature. Trumpeting Herd is good value but I'm not sure what to cut for it, as I want to try Grizzly Fate
