making a change that i will remove next to see if we can fix issue with export having too many cards

this was one difficuly... nef-crop may come back. it is a fine card on rate but i'm really attempting to make sure cards fit one or multiple of the 10, 2-color archetypes and this really does not fit any. U/R spells has been weak in meta lately so giving it another tool
diamond knight kind of no longer fits with b/r knights going away... heraldic banner is more interesting imo being a mana producer and incentivizing more of a wide board
wardscale dragon just does not fit and is clunky.. we need some more white noncreature spells to balance the ratio in white. we want more combat tricks anyway. getting more combat tricks to make combat less deterministic is one of our next goals.
battlefield promotion is great b/c
get some more artifact/enchant hate and we do not need so many green 5 drops

hoarding dragon is rare. store didn't have stitcher's supplier
pyroclasm in for more wrath effects against cheap tokens
might of the masses doesn't really fill into any archetype now that g/w is tokens
boosting u/g with fierce empath.. may bring back jaddi offshoot later
soul ransom should have never been included as is a rare
stormchaser mage needs more low cost spells so sprit dragon is better
i like blight keeper more as a boost to b/g graveyard archetype
gave the g/r archetype some bigger payoffs like furious rise and more 4+ power creatures and dragons across the mana curve
