After a quick glance at MH3, these are the standouts. I still have to look over the commander decks, however here are the most interesting ones among the selected:

Six looks incredible for tying together 's storm package, allowing you to replay Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard as well as helping with the landfall strategy and Vengevine decks as well.

Abstruse Appropriation looks like the long anticipated replacement to Vindicate. Abstruse Appropriation reads like Fractured Identity a bit to me, hopefully not as oppressive.

Flare of Malice seems like really solid repeatable forced sacrifices in a recursive deck, like Gravecrawler or Nether Traitor types. Might be too much, we'll see.

Vexing Bauble should be a great way to stop the elementals that are left in the cube, as well as some other 0 mana spells, like the forces. At worst, it's another 1 mana artifact cantrip, which is great for this cube.
