I recently added Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Orcish Bowmasters which combo with wheels. I wanted to add another wheel and I decided to go with Timetwister. This technically makes the cube no longer unpowered however I don't think this actually changes much. I already run Wheel of Fortune, I don't think adding a blue version of the same card will break things. I also considered Day's Undoing, Echo of Eons, and Diminishing Returns however I decided to go with the OG. I have to proxy the timetwister as I don't currently own one. I don't like proxying a card I don't own, but I think the gameplay will be worth it.

In order to find room for Timetwister, I'm cutting Psionic Blast. Blue decks are almost always paired with another color which has removal. In these decks it's a mediocre removal spell that typically sits the the sideboard. The only color combo that would play it is Simic, however I don't think this will be a huge loss in those decks.
