A re-adjustment of sorts

Upon further reflection, I wanted to focus this cube more squarely on the information parts. I cut all the conspiracies to make room for the draft-active colourless cards. I also trimmed all the cards, especially the multicoloured ones, that could be considered "bombs". Instead, I'm focusing on powerful 2-for-1 cards, synergy cards, and generally cards with a wide gap between their floor an ceiling - so winning the information war lets you find those ceilings and avoid those floors.
