ONE update and simultaneously replaced most of the cards that were on the cutting list. Got rid of the Foretell mechanic. Removed the Impulse so the errata does not become an issue (ran the old art). Added some proliferate for the +1/+1 counter interaction. Additions in Green are a bit looser. Mana Drain is immediately on the watchlist for power reasons, as is Atraxa.
