From feedback, I'm adding a mixed cycle of signets/talismans to support the guilds. As well, I'm adjusting the colour balance (mono-coloured lands are now in the colours, phyrexian mana cards are now colourless). I then added better spell support for Izzet. Further adjustments may be necessary.
