The return to Theros in 2020 created an opportunity to revise this set. I have not done it yet, but the main change I would want to make would be to shift the archetypes over to a more flexible design, using wedges for broad themes and giving each color pair a distinct take on each of those themes.

Based on my current understanding of Theros: Beyond Death, this could look like:

• WBG Devotion (Auras/Permanents)
• URW Spells (Tempo, Old Heroic)
• BGU Graveyard (Self-Mill, Escape)
• RWB Aggro/Tribal (Humans, Minotaurs, New Heroic)
• GUR Go Big (Ramp, "Ferocious," Monstrous)
