Added some new busted cards, lowered overall MV, no more snow basic package. No more Chaos Orb, so it's back to vintage legal.

Just updating to match paper list. Will undergo changes again soon.

Some more strixhaven I had looked over. Rip Apart going after artifacts makes up for sorcery, lack of life gain, and lack of player damage imo. Sedgemoor Witch plays well with Braids, Rankle, and Smokestack. Eliminate doesn't hit most of the PWs it needs to, so the versatility on Baleful looks great.

Somehow this one slipped through.

Updating for Strixhaven and Kaldheim. Removing some of the Courts. Making slight adjustments to manabases. Added in Lands combo to Green/Black.

Some prospective adds from Commander Legends:
The 4 good courts. The 2 flash 3 drops, Ocean Thief helps curb the amount of value monarchy will generate. Archon is more of just adding a tinge of monarchy to white, Sun Titan has been mediocre for a while.

A couple extra cards from ZNR:
Recovery is just a solid card, I want to try Stormcaller, it's the much better new 'Sea Gate' card, plus it can attack for monarch concerns.

General changes:
Maze of Ith has much more value now that it can protect the monarchy. I've shifted white from a straightforward aggressive deck, to be much more disruptive, and it doesn't change the clock much. Pridemage was never played, and Teeg can hose certain archetypes if unanswered. Lowered the curve on red to differentiate it from white more. Combat celebrant slots in nicely (warrior for Intimidator, human for Winota, combos with Kiki-Jiki and Twin as well, and just helps close games). The small eldrazi are back out, there's just not room for them at 540 (which means we get fan favorites Gilded Lotus and ... Smokestack? back!). Hangarback really shines in Tolarian Academy and Wildfire strategies, and I think Foundry fills a similar roll, while also just being neat. I've shifted black's durdly cards to more aggressive cards that work with Braids and Smokestack much better. Elves of deep shadow was a bad card (and the art looked super weird in Futureshifted border), so boreal druid is a clean swap with limited issues (and it's snow, if that will matter).

The fall of Frost Titan :( . MDFCs, even the bad one, are still good.

I've been thinking of slotting in Gemrazer over Manglehorn for a while, so now I have.

I like parallax, but apparition is a new toy and nobody respects wave... :'(

Just adding some ZNR sleepers I missed over replaceable spells.

Winota: Removing the worst/most narrow storm card to help buff Boros a smidge. Gives a reason to play aggressive Boros over just White or just Red. Red provides more non-human attackers, white provides more human hits. You don't need to be cheating Agent of Treachery into play for this to kill incredibly quick.

Maul of the Skyclaves: This turns all of white weenies 1-drops into hard hitting threats. Plays like a better version of Silverblade Paladin that's not removal-soft. Brightling has just been bad, that's all there is to say.

Shatterskull: Mizzium is the worst red removal, as it can't go upstairs. So I'm adding a slight restriction, that opens up a lot of possibility.
