A quick update to fix an oversight, although Schema Thief has a place in this cube and may get added back later.
Attractions and dice have materialized as a strong blue-green theme (really, the deck is Sultai, but it's viable in both color pairs). Dice in particular seem to factor heavily into blue-green, so by adding the absurd but on-theme Pippa to this already weird cube, we aid that theme. Battery Bearer is an imperfect fit here, but it is totally on theme for an artifact-based cube and it gets the nod here.
Ancient Bronze Dragon and Hydradoodle -- Yes, another absurd un-card -- enter this cube for being on theme for green in two ways (a mess of counters and rolling dice!)
Tyranid Prime and Trygon Prime come out for just kind of being bad in this cube. Blue-green can be weak themed, but shouldn't have two cards that just miss completely almost every time.
With Blue-Green's weak theming in this cube, these nine cards present a potential path for it going forward. It doesn't need to be a strong theme, but enough to represent something when looking at cards in a pack from this cube.
Right now, blue-green does a little +1/+1 counters and a little big mana because of Kinnan. This update to the maybeboard could be a potential future should the weak theming be a problem once actual games begin.
As the title says, this is likely the last major update before I start fully assembling these cards and trying the cube out in paper with friends.
Some of the changes were to help the present +1/+1 counter theme work a little better, although it landing in Naya is not exactly where I wanted it and changes down the line may reflect that (especially since equipment has landed in white and secondarily in green-white).
I bounce back and forth on Sphinx of the Steel Wind. I dislike it because it eats up a multicolored slot and hoses two colors that don't really need hosing in this cube. At the same time, it's still one of the best artifact creatures to reanimate and cheat in. It has been replaced with Ancient Stone Idol, with the thought that it will make the cube stronger in the long run by being a more playable creature and a reanimation target.
Black-white picked up some recent cards that give it stuff that interacts and makes artifacts specifically. Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos isn't perfect, but it fits the theme better than other cards for the spot. Invasion of New Capenna flips into an interesting equipment and is more targeted removal. One of the cuts -- Merciless Eviction -- remains a potential re-add because the dearth of board wipes (which is admittedly by design, but could still be a problem.)
I flipped Killer Cosplay and Belt of Giant Strength again.
The last change was a symmetry flip of Toolcraft Exemplar to Relic Seeker, which interacts with both the +1/+1 counters and equipment themes, and because that will make it so all colors have exactly two 1-drop creatures on the cube.
