Black's removal suite is a little too good, so this update is both toning it down and also adding something that can help Zombies, graveyard decks, and Sultai self-mill (get that Lab Maniac back, baby!)

Moonmist works rather ambiguously with the new werewolves, and as I'm planning on Errata'ing all the old werewolves to use the Day/Night mechanic, I decided to just cut Moonmist rather than do some more extensive erratas.
