Playtesting with more Fixinglands

Removed Witch-King of Angmar since his indestructibility was hard to deal with. Also introduced 3x Jewels of Feanor a custom card to help with artifact and enchantment removal. The 3 copies replace Shire Scarecrow, Ent-Draught Basin and Pristine Talisman

Replaced one of the scry simic elves with Radagast in hope of opening the door for a simic big spell archetype.

Added 10 Checklands to improve Manabases. Unfortunately no Lotr Version of Rootbound Crag exists so M10 art was chosen because it looks like it could exist in the Lotr universe.
