Jund and Esper get some more appropriate replacements. With this change, Planeswalkers are also fully removed.
Some small adjustments to archetypes that are lacking a bit.

Changing Mana Pack to just Command Tower + Commander's Sphere. Ramp pieces lost a lot of pick value due to additional Sol Ring and Arcane Signet. Sol Ring being removed was a tough choice - it's always an option if you prefer it.
Trying a thing where all players get a Command Tower, Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, and a Commander's Sphere.
Small adjustments to green, improving card draw and removal, and toning down the ramp a tad.
Just some minor adjustments based on gameplay and the new set.
While playing, we noticed UR spellslinger usually lacked a bit of board presence. To try to offset this, I've replaced some instants/sorceries with new ones that also create creatures. The Amass Orcs mechanic works pretty nicely with this change too.
Some fixes to the Commanders has also been made, apparently some of the creatures I added before in UR and UG were not even legendary, oops!
I've tried to improve equipment and go-wide strategies a bit, as I noticed they were lacking some "oomph", and reel back sacrifice and graveyard strats a bit.
Currently, landfall strategies seem a bit strong, but I will keep an eye on it.
