Bad Cards Are More Fun is my guiding ethos.

My cubes emphasize the gameplay of regular Booster Draft (before the last 5-10 years of power creep). I don't want to lose what's fun about building decks out of clunky commons and bad rares, balancing synergy with Limited fundamentals.

Bad cards are slower, so most printed cards are potentially playable, just like Limited. This lets worse strategies be viable, spotlighting previously unexplored cards and themes.

I aim for Masters-set style, combining themes that exist across many sets to make a whole environment with enough cross-pollinated themes to add depth without putting drafters on rails.
