Art by Robert BlissI've been designing peasant cubes for around 10+ years. We started with a 'regular' peasant cube (commons/uncommons as the only restriction, no themes, cards from all eras) and updated that for years. Over the years we started adding more and more archetypes to the point where the cube had gotten huge and the archetypes plentiful but diluted.
The solution was to break down the large cube into different cubes with different design restrictions or themes. We settled on an old frame peasant cube, a tribal peasant cube and an archetype focused peasant cube. The first 2 still exist in some form (click the links for the lists), the latter was dismantled.
I'm still building and improving my cubes, with my 'main' cube being a travel size (180) peasant cube that gets updated regularly:
