UB- and UW-focused changes. White should be attacking as RW and UW. Added more trinket mage and card selection/advantage to give blue decks additional options (where they've felt clunky sequencing in the past).
Lowering the population of removal (4th copy cards reduced by one) to decrease the chance of a deck getting overabundance of efficient answers. Adding extra copies of many lower-impact or niche-role-player cards.
Removing R equipment and adding RW equip to slow down red-based aggro. Hope change to remove a Faithless Looting and add 2 Faithless Scavenging (along with 3rd Young Pyromancer) should move red decks into a more midrange approach on average (and slow down the mose aggressive decks).
Mirrorshell Crab and Daretti are to make reanimation artifacts more likely to occur.
Demonic Pact should give black decks a little bit of excitement (with blue able to counter trigger with Crab cycle or bounce as a reason to consider Vamp Tutor ... and white with Essence Reliquary).
