this is a test run of another big update. intent of the update is to
- remove a couple of power outliers/overrepresented picks
- add some more artifact/enchantment removal
- add some more card draw to bolster the exploration deck
- add paradox engine to test.

Got a birds of paradise and an Elenda in a trade. Still considering adding paradox engine too. I think along with tinker, it could be a bit strong but the player would obviously still need a wincon too.
