Draft a 60 Card deck

First pack is multicolor commanders

Any card with the Partner tag also has the Partner keyword (Partner With, Background, Friends Forever, etc)

For the 59, color identity is determined by casting cost alone, not activated abilities. Any deck can play Spellskite, any white deck can play Kenrith, the Returned King, off-color signets can be used as ramp, two-color decks can use tri-lands, etc.

For your commander/s, use normal EDH color identity rules.
