More drafters results in more total cards to see(/read) and fewer cards which will wheel. These can be positive or negative things depending on preference. Personally, both drafting and playing in groups of 4 is my ideal setup. It can be a bit awkward to draft with fewer than 4 or to play with a total of 5 (other numbers can break into pods of 3 and/or 4; a 5-player game can be tedious unless your playgroup is quite focused, and the cube isn't really optimized for 1v1).
