A budget cube where every card is one dollar or less at time of addition using TCGplayer market price of the cheapest tournament legal English printing.
The cube has a goal of creating a powerful environment to appeal to enfranchised cubers while being inviting to newer or even first-time cubers. Individual card complexity, power outliers, and combo-focused archetypes are intentionally kept low so the cube is relatively simple to get into for someone new to cube drafting. The budget restriction also keeps the total cost of the cube low, so anyone interested in getting into cube by acquiring their own to draft with friends can use it as a starting point without spending as much as a Vintage cube.
All cards over $1 will be culled and replaced at least once per Standard set release.

-All cards with the a mechanic that introduces game elements from outside the game (initiative, monarch, "venture into the dungeon", "the Ring tempts you", stickers, attractions, Daybound/Nightbound)
