The main goal is to build a cube for 2 to 4 players (within the standard format), which provides a great draft experience.
Cube rules:
- Only 4 latest sets, which are standard legal (rotating).
- Only common cards.
- Only one card each.
Current cube sets: NEO, SCN, DMU, BRO
Favourite draft variant -> Grid Draft
!!! ONE rotates in the cube, when MOM is released.
Thoughts:
A 622 card pool, just for 2 players is maybe a little exaggerated. Considering to shrink this down with an adjustment of the rules. Like only the last 3-4 sets?- Due to the large card pool, it occasionally happens that you have received 45 cards through the draft. However, these hardly had any creatures in it.
Adjustments:
So, some time has passed now, since the last alteration.
We changed a cube ground rule.
From now on, the cube:
- only holds the latest 4 sets (rotating)
That means, MID and VOW are rotated out.
