Hello!
This is a template for 360 count cubes with 10 two color archetypes.
Copy the cube list, identify your 2-color archetypes you want to support, replace the sand-ins with in your picks, and then you should have your cube (or at least a good start).
This template is based on the following basic figures:
(260) 52 mono-color cards in each color
(30) 3 multi-color cards for each guild
(30) 3 dual lands for each guild
(40) colorless cards
-----Total 360 cards---------
Archetype cube tips:
1.Limit the number of cards that are only playable in one color combination, these cards are considered "parasitic" and too many will put your draft on rails. The rest should be moderately playable in at least 3 other color pairings.
Ensure you have enablers and payoffs. Often my enablers are my 1 or 2 "parasitic" cards, with my payoffs being generally good in most decks, but each archetype may need different ratios.
Make sure you would want to play a deck of just the cards you devoted to a color combinations. Also, make sure you would want to play it if it just had half the pieces mixed with other random cards in those colors.
If you have any suggestions to improve the template, please let me know. Hope its helpful and have fun.
Thanks,
Goat
