Goals

• Try rebalance archetypes to be balanced (or at least significantly better than retail)

  • Brokers (Nerf significantly)
  • Obscura (Nerf slightly)
  • Maestros (Keep roughly the same)
  • Riveteers (Buff slightly)
  • Cabaretti (Buff significantly)

• Get rid of the absolute chaff (what were they thinking with Hideaway....)
