This is an un-powered vintage cube. The aim is to still have strong and synergistic strategies, but by removing the power and single cards that take over the game it allows midrange decks to work, and makes 1st picks more interesting. It also leads to a lot less non-games.
Couple of key bits: All basic lands are snow lands. They are in the land box, you don't have to draft them. There are two of each Fetch lands available to draft in the cube. Companions cards are used as written, ie you don't have to pay to put them into your hand. There are Draft Matters cards in the cube.Lore Seeker adds another pack of 15 cards from the cube to the draft.
These aren't as hard or as fixed as you would get in standard set, the goal is that decks overlap, and decks want cards that other decks want.
