Art by Anna FehrIn this cube the in addition to drafting magic cards as usual, players will also draft sticker cards. These cards will allow them to modify one card in their pool at the end of the draft.
Sticker cards can range from giving cards simple passive abilities, such as "Vigilance" or "Trample", to activated abilities such as "Unearth" or "
: add one mana of any color", to triggered abilities such as creating clues or goading other player's creatures on ETB or cast.
To best capture the feeling of a format evolving slowly over time, players can only add one sticker to each card per draft. No combining the first strike sticker and deathtouch sticker onto a vanilla creature in the first draft!
This cube can support up to 8 players. Players will draft 4 packs of 15 cards from a combined pool of 360 magic cards and 120 stickers.
Drafting + DeckbuildingThe cube consists of 360 MTG cards + 120 custom stickers cards
Players draft 4 packs of 15 cards and will end with pools that, on average, contain 45 MTG cards and 15 sticker cards.
During deck building, for each sticker card in a pool they may apply that sticker's ability to ONE MTG card in their pool.
Cards cannot receive more than one sticker ability per draft and cannot have more than two sticker abilities at a time (if a drafted card has two sticker abilities you cannot add a third during deckbuilding)
