This is the collection of all cards legal in Prem Ten, a format for commander that ends after Alara Reborn. The banned cards are represented by the maybeboard.

In addition to the normal rules of Magic, Prem Ten has the following additional rules:

1. Mana Burn: When a phase ends, any unused mana left in that player's mana pool is lost. That player loses 1 life for each mana lost this way. This game action doesn't use the stack.
2. Nephilim: The five Nephilim creatures from Guildpact are now Legendary.
