Blue obtained more wheel support and theres enough support now for Urza to be in.

Black just got a couple of minorly better upgrades, but the Bloodvial Purveyor has needed to go for a long time. Theres also a new reanimator target in Valgavoth (this may push me to cut Hellkite Overlord for a new flex spot in one of the colors.

Red just received minor aggro upgrades and a new Kiki//Twin tool in Fear of Missing Out

Green got a nice overhaul with a whole new package for Crucible and other land strategies with the inclusion of Scythecat Cub, Bristly Bill, Titania, Fastbond, and Zuran Orb.

Nothing too exciting in Multicolor or Artifacts. 3 minor cuts. Lands has one exciting addition with the token land (played as a regular card) Everywhere.
