This is a paper cube inspired by MTGA Omniscience Draft and @MatEffect's Omniscience Cube https://cubecobra.com/cube/overview/omnisciencedraft.

The omniscience MTGA format is a regular booster draft format with a few small rule changes and an emblem that starts in play for all players.

The Omniscience Emblem functions as though players have the card Omniscience in play.
It also says:
0: Add to your mana pool. Activate this ability only once per turn.

Players start the game with only 3 cards with the standard London Mulligan Rule in effect.
