Restriction is cards must be in Arena in some form (cards introduced strictly for momir and alchemy spellbooks excluded). Not strictly limited to historic banned list. Alchemy cards and nerfs/buffs are ignored as well.

Originally started with the 2020 arena cube, but deviated from the original list. If a card has a special version (usually showcase or secret lair), then that version is used (done as a response to the the "this product isn't for you" post)
