This is a cube designed to highlight the power and consistency of the standard format with Theros and Khans. I decided to forgo M15 for the sake of showcasing the two sets for exactly what they are. A seemingly perfect balance of the color pie and great mana. For this cube I designed 2 color pairs within the shards and those are as follows:
Black/Red - Aggro
Black/White - Warriors
Black/Green - Enchantment/Graveyard
Blue/Black - Control
Red/White - Heroic
Red/Green - Monsters
Red/Blue - Spell Slinging/Heroic
Blue/White - Heroic
Green/White - Counters
Green Blue - Monsters

These form a monstrous Temur deck, an extremely mid-range Abzan deck, a graveyard based Sultai deck, a heroic based Jeskai deck, and an aggressive warrior themed Mardu deck. All of this combined with the excellent mana fixing that is available makes for a fun, and intuitive draft set. There is always a way to build out of the 3 color shards and of course you can run 4 or 5 colors and non-supported shards with ease.
