For this cube, Wastes will be provided as a basic land option along with the five colors. There is no singleton restriction for deck construction. It's recommended to follow the Commander Legends draft format and draft with three 20 card packs per player, drafting two cards per pick, but draft however you prefer! Each drafter will be provided with a Sol Ring, an Everflowing Chalice, and a Command Tower (or Ancient Tomb if drafting colorless) to use in their draft pool.
