WELCOME TO THE TIMWINCUBE
This is a high power cube with the best cards ever printed. On the Strix scale, this cube would be considered at least a 10. There are some unusual cards included in this cube, including cards that are banned in all formats or which were never intended to be drafted. This cube lets drafters go all out with their archetype of choice to see what ridiculous things Magic is capable of.

CARD PRINTING SELECTION & AESTHETICS
Magic cards are physical objects that come in many different designs. I believe that a cube should be an expression of the cube's builder, including in its visual presentation. I have chosen for this cube to attempt to include only original printing, non-foil versions of cards. For sets with multiple original printings (newer sets with many collector versions released simultaneously to booster products, for example) I have chosen to use any non-foil versions of the cards, as long as they are first printed in their respective sets. Acquiring only original printings remains a lofty goal which I am still trying to complete, and likely will never complete (with particular regard to Alpha printings). In some cases, this approach to print selection may mean using cards without their most recent wording.

ERRATA AND OPERATION OF UNUSUAL CARDS IN TIMWINCUBE
Some cards in this cube need some slight alterations to their operation within the rules in order to work properly in the cube. Unless noted below, all cards in the cube work according the latest Magic the Gathering Comprehensive Rules and official errata (https://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/rules-and-formats/rules[https://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/rules-and-formats/rules]).

CONTRACT FROM BELOW
As the most powerful card in the game, Contract From Below, of course, had to be included in the TimWinCube. TimWinCube is played for ante with an initial ante of 0 cards. The rules for anteing a card are found in the MtG Comprehensive Rules as follows:
"407.4. To ante an object is to put that object into the ante zone from whichever zone it’s currently in. The owner of an object is the only person who can ante that object."

Other relevant rules for games in which a card is anted are:
"407.2. ...Cards in the ante zone may be examined by any player at any time. At the end of the game, the winner becomes the owner of all the cards in the ante zone."
Remember that in cube, cards you "own" are those in your pool. This means that the winner of a game in which one or more cards were anted will add all ante cards to their pool for the remainder of the current cube competition.

HERO CARD TYPE
TimWinCube includes cards with the "Hero" type from the Theros block prerelease special events. Hero is a permanent card type. Hero permanents begin the game in play, before opening hands are drawn. Hero cards are not included in your deck and do not count toward the total number of cards in your deck. Note that two Hero cards (Axe of the Warmonger and Bow of the Hunter) also have the Artifact type and the Equipment subtype. These Hero Artifacts also have additional lines of ability text, added by using Enhancement Stickers (as available at the Journey Into Nyx Prerelease Event). Rules text added by Enhancement Stickers functions as normal rules text in all ways. Hero cards are not spells, and cannot be cast. Hero cards are cards and permanents, meaning they can be sacrificed, bounced, shuffled into libraries, etc.

CONSPIRACIES
Conspiracies in TimWinCube function exactly as they do in their normal booster sets. Note that players may choose to place Conspiracies in their sideboard, rather than the Command Zone if they do not wish to use them.

MYSTERY BOOSTER PLAYTEST CARDS
Some Mystery Booster Playtest Cards included in the cube use the term CARDNAME. CARDNAME always refers to the card it is printed on.

SPECIFIC MISPRINTS/CLARIFICATIONS
As a reminder, all other cards not listed above function according to the current errata as found on Gatherer (https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Default.aspx[https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Default.aspx]), however a few cards have particularly bad wording.

Winter Orb - As originally printed in Alpha, Winter Orb is a "Continuous Artifact", a now deprecated term which in part meant that its ability text "turned off" when the Winter Orb was tapped. Winter Orb received later errata to return its original function. It now reads:
"As long as Winter Orb is untapped, players can't untap more than one land during their untap steps."

Karakas - In the Legends printing of this card, it ambiguously refers to "target legend". Karakas can only target legendary creatures.

SPECIFIC RULINGS AND INTERACTIONS
Power Play vs Impatient Iguana - A player revealing the Conspiracy Power Play will always go first, unless their opponent, after resolving mulligans, reveals Impatient Iguana from their starting hand. In this case, the player with the Impatient Iguana will go first.

Backup Plan & The Vanquisher - A player with both the Conspiracy Backup Plan and the Hero card The Vanquisher will draw two starting hands of eight cards, choose one to keep, shuffle the other hand into their deck, and then resolve mulligans as normal, but drawing eight cards.

Backup Plan & Sovereign's Realm - A player with both the Conspiracy cards Backup Plan and Sovereign's Realm draws one opening hand of five cards and one of seven cards, chooses one of the hands to keep, shuffling the other hand into their deck, and then resolves mulligans based on the number of cards in the chosen hand.

Backup Plan, The Vanquisher, & Sovereign's Realm - A player with all three of these cards will draw one opening hand of eight cards and one of six cards and continue as above.
