An environment inspired by a very flavorful enchantment.

Like the card says, "Instant and Sorcery spells cost 2 less to cast." (This does not change the CMC of the card when checked by others.)

In the spirit of Arcane Melee, I wanted to bring some less known, lower power sorceries to the fore-front. Classic cards like Slave of Bolas feel new with a discount! New cards like Riveteers Confluence go from F tier to A!

Some cards like Trumpeting Herd or Lingering Souls would break the game, and have been excluded for now.
