Foreword
This is my attempt to make a flavorful but also playable limited environment utilizing Mirage, Visions, and possibly some splashes from other sets that evoke Jamuraa and that time when the art was lush and the flavor text subtle.

Have you read the Love Song of Night and Day?
Trembled in the shimmering heat of Unfulfilled Desires?
Basked in the sullen gloom of John Avon's Mountain (C?)

That is the time, the place, the memory of a childhood.

Supported themes/Mechanics
Ramp - g has a lot of support in Rampant Growths, Wall of Roots, etc. and there are also a bunch of mana stones. There is also some clever play with Squandered Resources, Natural Balance, and a variety of non-basics that can interact with Natural Balance. Ramp generally can payoff with faster fatties or big fatties.

Enchantments - g w u all have neat interactions with enchantments. Enchantress and Hakim both help, and synergize with some good stuff.

Aggro - b has the most efficiency here, with all of the colors providing some support when paired with it. Aggro exists to provide some selection pressure against just drafting "good stuff." The draft tension will probably come from the selection of removal and/or burn, versus access to the midrange stuff that everyone will want.

Card Advantage - Card draw is rare in Mirage block; and is almost all centered in u. Inspiration is pretty much it for net card draw, so Control needs to build on things like cantrips and cute tricks like Man-O-War bouncing Nekrataal. In a world of 1/1s and 2/2s, Feral Instinct and Flare are both solid plays. Savage Twister can generate huge card advantage. With damage on the stack, Phyrexian Vault is good.

Graveyard tricks - Reanimation by itself probably doesn't have enough support, but there are other ways to leverage the graveyard. b has some skin in this game but isn't alone.

Tribal - r and w have some support for Tribal, but it's probably not something to try to draft exclusively around, unless you want your curve to start at 3 cc and end at 4 cc.
