Based on MTG Arena's recent Yargle Day event. Players get an emblem which reads "All frogs cost 2 less to cast. As a frog enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice a creature. If you do, draw a card and the frog which enters the battlefield gains all abilities of the sacrificed card."
