This is a desert-y* cube that combines archetypes inspired by Arabian Nights cards with a high density of janky combos.
Trying to break some cliches, reanimator is an archetype but without any black, twin is a WR deck, storm is more creature based. There are lots of powerful enablers like Show and Tell, but few creatures that should end the game on the spot. The most powerful combos are generally disenchantable and there are plenty of disenchants.
A few tribal payoff cards scattered around, but that dimension of the design is mostly for fun - Wizards has yet to print a Nomad or Turtle lord.
*in the sense that there are deserts and desert synergies, you do not draft all your lands
