This a multiplayer cube to be drafted with 4 - 5 players that aims to get games right into the action by skipping over early ramp turns (T1/T2).
To accomplish this, permanents with 2 CMC or less aren't included and a house rule has been added.
At the start of the game, before players draw their starting hand, each player searches their library for two basic land cards and put them onto the battlefield tapped. Then each player who searched their library this way shuffles it.
Combat Matters: Mechanics like goad, monarch, dealing combat damage are prioritized over propaganda like effects.
