Cloned from Silver Border Commander Cube

1). The cube is divided into 30 23 card packs, broken up as follows. Extra legendary creatures are shuffled into the packs
3 Contraptions/ Attractions
2 Legendary Creatures
18 cards from the remainder of the cube

2). Players pick 2 cards per draft pick

3). Players choose a legendary creature(s) as their commander(s), and build 60 cards decks, including basic lands and their commander(s).

4). Decks must follow the commander color identity rule

5). Any player who drafts a commander with partner, but does not manage to find a second partner may use the Prismatic Piper as a second partner

6). Opening Ceremony and Who// What// When// Where// Why ignore color identity. This is an exception to rule 4
