Every card has tradeoffs with every other, so there's a conceivable path to anything being picked over anything else.

Removal is slightly downtuned to prevent it from invalidating interesting high drops.

Every color gets to range from aggro to control and has access to artifact support. Reanimator/graveyard and blink are not really supported but have a couple pieces to be a substrategy.
