It's a cube made mostly of colorless cards, with the majority having colored activations / alternate costs / etc to avoid the cube becoming one big colorless blob. Also includes Phyrexian mana and the cycle of 2-hybrid cards. "Artifacts matter" effects are only eligible for this cube if they would still be balanced saying "nonland permanent"
The environment is high in synergy, because colorless inherently raises the viability of goodstuff piles. If playtesting reveals it to be too high synergy, it's easier to add chaff later to compensate.
There isn't a lot of colorless removal, so it's a bit sparse in the cube and may need to have more added, also depending on playtesting.
Power level is medium-high so there are no Signets or Talismans, yes monocolor "Diamond" mana rocks, Myr dorks, and guild Keyrunes.
