This is a base for a cube themed around Ninjutsu. Every 2 color pair should have their own ninjutsu theme to follow, and my aim is to bring the most out of the mechanic. Here's the color pairings right now:

Azorius: ETB Blink Lifegain
Ozhov: Lifegain Payments
Boros: Combat Tricks
Selesnya: Proliferate Go-Wide
Dimir: Tempo Control Discard
Izzet: Spellslinger Prowess
Simic: Landfall
Rakdos: Madness
Golgari: Selfmill Reanimator (Sorta)
Gruul: Ramp for Big Boys

Obviously, to make some of these themes work around Ninjutsu I have to add in some custom cards. Therefore it's not a singleton cube: 3 of each common (with the exception of tapped dual lands, include only 2 each), 2 of each uncommon, and 1 of each rare/mythic.
