skullclamp, darksteel citadel, arcbound ravager, aether vial, cranial plating, and krark-clan ironworks are all banned in at least one format. Mirrodin is the best, my favorite set of all time.
I like to have everyone start with a pack containing 15 cards from darksteel and fifth dawn. We then draft two 15 card packs that only contain cards from Mirrodin.I dont collate by rarity or color, but i make sure there are no duplicates in any pack.
