2-3 player travel cube.

This is my pre-modern playing card cube. The cube is pre-modern legal and is just Sultai cards. ubg

How I use the cube:

In paper I've had the cards printed to include the ranks and suit of 2 playing card decks. I play with the cards unsleeved and the 2 decks take up barely any space. I'm able to conveniently bring them anywhere and allows me to play any card game as well as draft magic! When playing Magic I use the companion app to track life totals (the app is also perfect for tracking cribbage points) and use the undrafted cards face down to be 1/1 tokens or +1/+1 counters.

How to draft:
2 players, one deck (54 cards)
  1. Separate lands and non lands
  2. Remove 2 random cards from the non land pool
  3. Put a desirable land from the lands pool into the non land pool
  4. Shuffle and divide non lands into 6 packs of 6 and give 3 to each player
  5. Shuffle and divide lands into 4 packs of 4 and give 2 to each player

Each player selects a pack, chooses a card and trades with the other player until the packs are empty.

Packs should be drafted in the following order:
non-land,
land,
non-land,
land,
and non-land

Players will end up with 26 cards to make a 20 card deck. 12 non-land and 8 land is good ratio.
For this format you'll probably want to remove the running out of cards in library lose condition

2 players, 2 decks (108 cards)
  1. Separate lands and non lands
  2. Remove 14 random cards from the non land pool
  3. Shuffle and divide non lands into 6 packs of 10 and give each player 3 packs
  4. Shuffle and divide lands into 2 packs of 8 and 2 packs of 9 and give each player 2 of each

Each player selects a pack, chooses a card and trades with the other player until the packs are empty.

Packs should be drafted in the following order:
non-land,
9 land pack,
non-land,
8 land pack,
and non-land

Players will end up with 47 cards to make a 40 card deck. 23 non-land and 17 land is good ratio.

3 players, 2 decks (108 cards)
  1. Separate lands and non lands
  2. Put a desirable land from the lands pool into the non land pool
  3. Shuffle and divide non lands into 6 packs of 8 and 3 packs of 9 and give each player 3 packs
  4. Shuffle and divide lands into 3 packs of 6 and 3 packs of 5 and give each player 1 of each.

Packs should be drafted in the following order:
9 count non-land clockwise,
6 count land, counter-clockwise
8 count non-land, counter-clockwise
5 count land, clockwise
8 count non-land clockwise

Players will end up with 36 cards to make a 30 card deck. 18-19 non-land and 11-12 land is good ratio.
